Registration fee is $25.00 per space. Email confirmations will be sent upon the receipt of your registration and payment. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Indoor vendors: Vending locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All vendors will need to bring their own tables.You will be given the opportunity to set-up the night before (Friday, Aug. 15th). There is no internet access available. We highly suggest that you bring a fan, extension cord and power strip, because the Sanctuary room gets warm. Please keep in mind that our event occurs "rain or shine".

Outside vendors: Vending locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All vendors will need to bring their own tables. You must provide their own tents/awnings for sun/rain coverage. Outside vending spots do not have electricity. Please keep in mind that our event occurs "rain or shine".

New! Sponsorship Levels

Vendors that make significant financial contributions to our event will now be recognized with sponsorship levels:

GOLD LEVEL ($200.00+)

Sponsorship at the Gold Level includes: a waiver for your space registration, a gold pennant to display at your vending booth, and your business mentioned on our official marketing materials.

SILVER LEVEL ($100.00-$199.99)

Sponsorship at the Silver Level include: a waiver for your space registration and a silver pennant to display at your vending booth.

BRONZE LEVEL ($50.00-$99.99)

Sponsorship at the Bronze Level includes: a bronze pennant to display at your vending booth.

Raffle Donations Wanted

We are also looking for unique items to be donated to the PPD raffle. Please let us know if you have something you would like to donate, including items and/or gift certificates.
