| Welcome Table
We'll
have a table set-up at the entrance to the church grounds to
collect the admission fee of one non-perishable food item for
our charity, ProjectFEED. We'll also be handing out the event
programs. We'll also
have a Guest Book and the Visitor's
Map here. Jodi Marie Ross will be the Welcome Table Coordinator
for 2008, but we still need volunteers to fill in all these
time slots! This is a great way to meet new people!!

Community
Room
Attention
covens, groves, circles, and other pagan groups! There
will be a room set aside with tables for group literature and
information. Please feel
free to bring literature about your group for people to take
away with them. You do not have to have someone “stuck” in
the room all day, although you may want to wander in now and
then, in case someone has a question that your material doesn’t
cover. We also request that you collect your remaining literature
after the event ends at 6pm. We hope you will take advantage
of this opportunity to connect with other local Pagans!
Business
Connections Bulletin Board/Table
A
small amount of bulletin board space will be available for
business cards, flyers, and brochures. It doesn't have to be
related to Paganism, but it can. For example, you are a Pagan
that works as a real estate agent, so you can post your real
estate
business cards on the board.
The
idea behind this bulletin board is two-fold. One, it allows
your fellow Pagans to network with other Pagans in business
pursuits.
Secondly,
it's a great visual to show that Pagans work all sorts of different
jobs
and have
a
varity
of
skills!
