Thank you for all of your wonderful deity suggestions! The suggestion form is now closed for the season

This year we will be holding a "Hall of all the Gods" at SMPPD! There will be a special room dedicated to pictures of deities, where patrons can leave prayers and offerings of birdseed to all of the Gods! We're asking that people leave us suggestions for the deities they would like to see at the event with the form to the left, or by visiting our Facebook fanpage.

Submissions to "the Hall of All the Gods" have been closed for the season! Thanks to all of your wonderful recommendations we have more than 50 deities for our hall!

More About the Hall of All the Gods

Jane Raeburn writes:

In the summer of 2005, I was taken to the hospital with a raging fever and an infection that turned out to be a particularly bad case of cellulitis. The first night in the hospital, I was disoriented, confused, scared and in pain. But I remembered that my spiritual path gives me tools and connections to help with such situations. I prayed to Minerva, goddess of healing and wisdom, to take away my illness, and asked Her to show me what I might do to thank Her for doing so. She showed me a vision of a row of statues of different deities, each with a candle burning before it, and I heard the words, "Hall of All the Gods."

Now, I know it should be "Goddesses and Gods," but that is what I was told. In due course I recovered, and with the help of some friends, offered a public ritual called "Hall of All the Gods," giving participants a chance to encounter deities of different pantheons and paths, and make offerings to them. We offered this ritual for five years.

I am honored and delighted that the SMPPD coordinators have chosen to adopt this idea! May Minerva bless you all.
